An exceptional stay for the benefit of children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
The property where the guesthouse building is located is perfectly integrated in the village of Veyre-Monton 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, near the magnificent volcanoes park and a few minutes from the A75 axis.
The land of over 7500m2 is fully enclosed and planted with trees. At the end of the 19th century, a pretty manor house was established there, flanked by two towers which give it a great look.
The previous owners developed the site in the 2000s by transforming an annex building into a magnificent reception area comprising four guest rooms surrounded by rooms and areas for rest, reading, and catering.
The swimming pool with its pool house, the garden walks, the jacuzzi and hammam building complete the facilities available to visitors.
As for the manor, it houses the owner's apartment on the top floor; the rest of the premises are made available to the association "la maison de Sébastien"; This association was created by the family in order to allow autistic children to benefit from specific development programs in order to give them optimal autonomy.

The revenues of the guest rooms are entirely used for the operation of the property as a whole and any profits donated to the association.
